Igloofest events are accessible to people with reduced mobility.

To facilitate access and improve the Igloofest experience for people with reduced mobility, we invite you to visit Customer Service at the site entrance to upgrade your General Admission access to VIP. This will grant you access to the VIP Solotech area, where a space will be reserved for you. We also offer free entry for your companion—there’s no need to purchase a ticket!

For adapted transportation, a drop-off area will be available on-site, very close to the site entrance, at the Place des Festivals.

Circulation in all zones is possible. You will find access to restrooms near the entrance as well as in the VIP Solotech section.
