LOST SOMETHING AT IGLOOFEST?
If you’re already on site, go to the Customer Service kiosk located at the entrance to check whether your item has been found. If we do not have it in our possession or if you are no longer on site, please email us at: info@igloofestgatineau.net.
Please note that you have 30 days following the event to claim lost items. After this period, unclaimed items will be destroyed.
Igloofest is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Make sure to keep your personal belongings secure.
