Under the authority of the reception supervisor, the reception agent will have the responsibilities and functions described below.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in welcoming festival-goers in the assigned role;
• Check access rights and apply entry regulations;
• Act as an information resource for festival-goers;
• Wear a bracelet to access the site;
• Guide festival-goers;
• Other related tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Endurance needed to work outdoors;
• The ability to work in a team ;
• Proactivity, motivation to find solutions;
• Punctuality and attendance.

Under the supervision of their respective supervisor, the ushers are responsible for ensuring compliance with the regulations in the designated areas, as well as answering questions and helping festival-goers navigate the site, along with other related tasks associated with Igloofest.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide festival-goers and answer their questions to help them navigate the site;
• Monitor assigned areas and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage participant flow to prevent congestion;
• Communicate with the team to report incidents or specific needs;
• Contribute to a positive atmosphere by welcoming festival-goers with professionalism and enthusiasm;

MANDATE

Under the supervision of the logistic director, the snow remover is responsible for clearing snow from the site as well as other related tasks related to Igloofest.  
 

RESPONSABILITIES

• Clear snow from the site using a shovel or snowblower;
• Deglaze the surfaces necessary for the safety of workers and festival-goers;
• Spread de-icing salt on surfaces;
• Help other departments as needed;
• Accumulate snow strategically according to the instructions of the snow removal supervisor;
• Work safely while following instructions.
