Igloopasses and tickets can be purchased through the ticketing platform. A purchase confirmation and your electronic ticket will be sent by email. Simply download it in advance and display it on your smartphone to be scanned upon entry to the site.
ONLY tickets purchased through Igloofest's ticketing platform will be accepted.
Ticket sales are final. However, events are subject to postponement or cancellation (with refund).
An Igloopass gives you access to all three evenings of Igloofest Gatineau with the same privileges as general admission.
No, the Igloopass cannot be shared. Holders of igloopasses will be asked to provide an ID at the entrance to validate that the correct name is on the pass.
Our online ticketing platform accepts Visa and Mastercard. Unfortunately, prepaid credit cards and Visa Debit cards do not work on our platform. We are currently working on adding these payment methods.
Tickets are only available online through the ticketing platform here.
In most cases, an incomplete transaction is due to an error in the billing address entered. Make sure to input the address associated with the credit card used for the transaction (if you’ve moved recently, it might differ from your current residence address).

No worries, the transaction you see is only temporary (usually marked as pending authorization). It will disappear on its own after 5 or 6 business days.
If a week has passed and the transaction is still there, email us at info@Igloofestgatineau.net. We’ll be happy to assist you.
Check your spam/junk folder. If you still haven’t received it by the day before the event, email us at info@Igloofestgatineau.net, and we’ll be happy to resend your ticket.
Alternatively, you can go to the customer service when you arrive on-site with the credit card used for the purchase and a photo ID.
